There are several ways to make your inquiry, whether through an app, website or telephone:  

• Physical and digital work permit; 
• Caixa Econômica Federal service; 
• Social Security (INSS) telephone number; 
• Federal government websites and applications (Meu INSS, for example). 

Choose the easiest way to make your appointment and find out if there's money waiting for you.  

Telephone 

If you choose to consult via telephone, simply dial 135 and speak to a Social Security agent, who will help you effectively with the amount and where to receive it.  

Application 

You can download the Meu INSS application, which is available for both Android as for iOS. Log in through the Gov register and make the query. 

But calm down! If you don't want to download yet another app and you already have the Digital Work Permit on your phone, that's also possible, you know? In the same way as with Meu INSS, you need to log in with your Gov.

Website

Where can I see the PIS balance available for withdrawal? 

As we mentioned above, there are several ways to do this, whether by app, website or telephone. You need to choose which way is easiest for you.

When will the PIS 2024 come out? 

There is an order for the payment of the benefit, according to your date of birth. Below is an example of how the order is done.  

• Born in January: receive from 15/02/2024; 
• Born in February: receive from 15/03/2024; 
• Born in March: receive from 15/04/2024; 
• Born in April: receive from 15/04/2024; 
• Born in May: receive from 15/05/2024; 
• Born in June: receive from 15/05/2024; 
• Born in July: receive from 17/06/2024. 

And so on, in that order.

How to check your PIS at Caixa Tem? 

The Caixa Tem app is also very easy. All you need to do is follow these steps: log in, select the "Salary Allowance" option and your balance will appear. Very practical, right? 

How do I know if I'm entitled to PIS 2024 via the digital wallet?
