To find out if you are entitled to PIS, you can use the Caixa Trabalhador application, but it is essential to know the criteria that guarantee the benefit:
- Be registered with PIS/PASEP for at least five years.
- Have received an average salary of up to 2 minimum wages in the base year (2022).
- Have worked for a minimum of 30 days in the base year for a private company.
- Have all the data correctly filled out in RAIS/eSocial.
