To check if you are eligible, follow the steps below.
Check which income bracket you fall into
Track 1: Gross monthly family income of up to R$ 2,640.00 (or annual income of up to R$ 31,680.00 for rural areas).
Tracks 2 and 3: Gross monthly family income of up to R$ 8,000.00.
Find the modality that's right for you
Track 1:
Subsidized Housing Production: Brand new properties built by the federal government.
MCMV Rural: used in rural areas or new properties.
Tracks 2 and 3:
Financed purchase: New or used properties in urban areas.

Iregistration at the City Hall:
Go to your local town hall with your documents.
Check the deadlines and specific documents required at City Hall.
IRegistration with the Organizing Entities:
Non-profit organizations authorized and accredited by Caixa.

Tracks 2 and 3: Registration with Caixa
Carry out a loan simulation on the Caixa website: Financing Simulation.
Find your ideal property.
Present the required documentation at the Caixa.
Wait for the selection
Track 1: Selection can take place according to the following criteria:
Draw: Caixa holds several draws for the housing units. The date and place of the draw are announced by the Organizing Entity or the City Hall.
Other criteria: Evaluation of the length of time enrolled in the program, the family's social situation and the lowest income.
Faxes 2 and 3: There will be a credit analysis, where Caixa will assess your ability to pay.
Sign the contract
Contract for the purchase and sale of the property: Read all the clauses carefully before signing.
Financing contract: Choose the payment terms that best suit your needs.
Important documents:
CPF and ID of family members.
Proof of income.
Proof of address.
Birth or marriage certificate.
